Exercises

First time: Do 10 reps or 10 seconds of each exercise

Seven dynamic stretching exercises:

  1. Arm circles - small tight circles that get bigger and bigger, clockwise then reverse, arm_circles.htm

Important: Maintain good posture and engage your core during these movements

Slow down. Strength is control...and vice versa.
