Frankenstein

This technique is performed while walking forward with arms stretched out away from the body. Only lift each leg as high as can be safely controlled while maintaining ideal posture. Keep a neutral back without leaning to the left or right. This exercise helps stretch the hamstrings. [ID: frankenstein]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps, nice and easy

Steps:

  1. Walking, raise your leg forward up high, and touch it with the opposite hand (or both hands)
  2. Maintain your posture; don't bend at the waist

Go slow. This is primarily a warmup exercise.
