Here are some more advanced maneuvers on the Bosu ball. [ID: workout19]

Exercises

First time: Try 10 reps of each exercise

Once you have your balance and confidence on the Bosu ball, try these more advanced (and fun) exercises.

  1. Bosu Squat
  2. Toe touch
  3. Close your eyes - Work your way up to 10 seconds. Be careful!
  4. Adding weight - Try your Bosu moves while holding a kettlebell or medicine ball
  5. Play catch - Some fun with a football or low weight medicine ball
  6. Bosu push-ups - This is a nice progression from the basic push-up exercise
