Bosu1, intro

This workout is an introduction to the Bosu ball. The Bosu helps to improve your balance and core strength. [ID: workout18]

Exercises

Try 10 reps of each step. Be careful! Hold onto a wall, counter, or something solid.

Bosu go:

  1. Stand on the Bosu ball
  2. Rock forward and back, keeping the Bosu ball under control
  3. Rock left and right
  4. Rotate clockwise, then counterclockwise
Instructions

With patience and practice, your Bosu ball experience will quickly shift from fear to fun. (ha)

There are two ways to mount the Bosu ball.

  • Stand on an edge and tilt the ball to one side. Then step on the other edge to level the ball and gain your balance.
  • Put your first foot in the middle of the ball. Then, quickly add your other foot to stabilize. Scooch your feet toward the edge of the Bosu.
