This workout describes some upper body exercises using dumbbells. [ID: workout15]

Exercises

First time: Follow along with the video...do each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest

DB upper body exercises are:

  1. DB shoulder press, db_shoulder_press.htm
  2. DB lateral raise - switch to a lighter weight here, db_lateral_raise.htm
  3. DB front raise, db_front_raise.htm
  4. DB row - wide/normal, db_row.htm
  5. DB row - tight, db_row.htm
  6. DB curl, db_curl.htm
  7. DB chest press - on the yoga mat, db_chest_press.htm
  8. DB chest press - on the yoga mat, tight db_chest_press.htm
  9. DB skull crushers, db_skull_crusher.htm
Details

Idea: Instead of timing your exercises, you can do 10 reps of each.
