Dumbbell skull crusher

Instructions

First time: Do 1 set, 10 reps...go slow and breath. Mind your skull!   💀

Steps:

  1. Start position: Lay on your back (floor or bench) with arms reaching up and a dumbbell in each hand
  2. Flex your elbows and lower the weight toward the top of your head. Your upper arms should remain relatively perpendicular to your body. This keeps the tension on the triceps versus shifting it to the shoulders.
  3. Push dumbbells up, returning to start position
Details

My preference is two dumbbells, but you can also do this exercise with just one.
