Posterior chain stretch

Great stretch for your lower body, [ID: posterior_chain_stretch]

Instructions

First time: Hold for 10 seconds or more

Steps:

  1. Start position: Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width
  2. Lean forward as far as you can, trying to touch the floor
  3. Hold the stretch and then return to the start position

While you're bent over, try leaning left/right to stretch your adductors (inner thigh).
