Here are a few fitness products that I use.
I'm a fan of these Atkins treats that are high protein, low carb, AND tasty: [#atkins]
These Protein2o drinks taste good and pack in 15 grams of protein; you can buy 12-packs on Amazon, drinkprotein2o.com [#protein2o]
I highly recommend Salonpas pain-relieving patches for local aches and pains. It's nice to not pop a pill for things like this. Get the small patches, not the large (which are too much, too intense). They're sold at Jewel, Walgreens, etc. Walgreens link [#salonpas]
I like my FlexiKold ice pack. Just throw it in the freezer, and you're good to go. [#ice_pack]
I got mine at Amazon, www.amazon.com/dp/B008A6M34C

These Gaiam yoga mats are nice. [#yoga_mat]
At Amazon (as of Jan 2024): www.amazon.com/dp/B01GORFTZ8
For a thicker yoga mat (on a harder floor), I like the Retrospec Solana Yoga Mat yoga mat. [#yoga_mat_thicker]
These yoga mats are a nice, cushy one inch thick. At Amazon (as of Jan 2024): www.amazon.com/dp/B092XT3QK3
Disclaimer: My requirements for a heart rate monitor are very specific to my role as a fitness trainer. These requirements are probably different than yours.
I bought a watch with a heart rate monitor for use by members when we are working out. I wanted an inexpensive device. Also, I wasn't going to use the watch to count steps or monitor stats of a long period of time.

Here in Feb 2024, I chose the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 watch. It was only $47 on Amazon and had good reviews. www.amazon.com/Xiaomi-Smart-Band-Global-Version/dp/B0CD2MP728
