Toe taps

Instructions

First time: Try 1 set, 10 reps

Steps:

  1. Start position: Lay on your back with your knees bent, hands under your backside
  2. Raise your legs
  3. Slow lower one leg down, until you gently tap your toe to the ground
  4. Raise your leg back up, then repeat using the other leg
