Table tops

VeryWellFit: "It is called tabletop because your lower legs are forming the flat, level top of a table while your thighs are forming the straight, perpendicular legs of a table, connecting you to the ground", [ID: table_tops]

Instructions

First time: Try 1 set, 10 reps

Steps:

  1. Start position: Lie with your back flat on the floor, pull your knees and bend so that everything is at a 90 degree angle
  2. Slowly extend one leg so that it is almost touching the floor and pause
  3. Bring your leg back up and then repeat with the other leg
