Standing lunge stretch

Instructions

First time: Hold 10 seconds for each side

Steps:

  1. Perform a lunge, resting hands on your knee for stability
  2. Straighten your back leg
  3. Then, lean forward and raise both arms up, twisting a bit away from your knee to stretch the hip flexor
  4. Hold position, then step forward with your back leg to complete the move
