Standing crunch

Some crunch exercises for the abs that are done standing up, [ID: standing_crunch]

Instructions

First time: Do 1 set, 10 reps

There are two main flavors:

  1. Standing X crunch - like a bicycle crunch, touch your elbow to the opposite knee
  2. Standing oblique crunch - also called "Standing side crunch", touch your elbow to your knee on the same side

Details

Go slow. Take your time for the best "crunch scrunch".

You don't have to touch your elbow to your knee. Just go as far as you can until your range of motion improves.

It's better to raise your knees higher than to bend lower.
