Standing adductor stretch

This exercise stretches the hip adductor muscles of the inner thigh. [ID: standing_adductor]

Instructions

First time: Hold the stretch for 10 seconds or more

Ready, set, stretch:

  1. Stand with legs apart and shift weight to one side (lateral lunge position) until a stretch is felt in the inner thigh of the target leg
  2. Rotate your hips and draw in the abdominals; hold for 10 seconds (or more)
  3. Repeat on other side
