Side stretch

Standing or kneeling stretch for your side: lats and obliques, [ID: side_stretch]

Instructions

First time: Hold for 10 seconds or more on each side

Steps:

  1. Start position: Standing or kneeling, extend one arm above your head
  2. Lean toward the side away from your arm, reaching as high as you can
  3. Return to the start position and try the other side

Remember: Breath and relax. Enjoy your stretch.

Details

You can also do this exercise kneeling, while holding both arms above your head.
