Side crunch

Do a crunch while lying on your side. [ID: side_crunch]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps on each side

Steps:

  1. Start position: a) Lie on your side with knees bent; b) Stack one leg over the other; c) Place your top arm on your head and extend your floor arm.
  2. Crunch to the side so that your top arm moves towards your knee
  3. After 10 reps, flip over to the other side
