Shoulder stretch

This stretch helps keep your shoulders supple and injury-free. [ID: shoulder_stretch]

Instructions

First time: Hold the stretch for 10 seconds (or more)

Steps:

  1. Start position: Standing with feet shoulder-width apart
  2. Bring one arm across your chest
  3. Put your other arm over the top and squeeze toward your chest; hold the stretch
  4. Return to start position, then repeat on the other side

Take a nice, deep breath. Calm. Focus.
