Seated toe touch

While seated, reach for your toes; this is a nice, easy stretching exercise [ID: seated_toe_touch]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps

Steps:

  1. Start position: Seated in a chair
  2. Reach down for your opposite foot; touch or come as close as you can to touching
  3. Return to start position; continue by alternating left and right hands
