Renegade row

VeryWellFit: "The renegade row (also known as a plank row) is almost a variation of the dumbbell row. It's designed to target the upper back and, like a plank, designed to target the core." [ID: renegade_row]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps, hold each Superman for a 3 count

Steps:

  1. Start in a plank position (arms extended) while holding a dumbbell in each hand on the floor
  2. Raise one dumbbell up off the floor and back, similar to a dumbbell row
  3. Return to plank position and continue alternating rows, left and right

This is a challenging exercise. Start with a light weight and give it time.
