Push-ups with 3 medicine balls

Do push-ups with 3 medicine balls: two for your hands and one for your feet. [ID: pushup_3balls]

Instructions

First time: Do some push-ups with zero medicine balls

This is a tough exercise that combines balance and core strength. You can get there with a step-by-step approach and a little patience.

Each step gets a little tougher...and a little closer to victory:

  1. Plank for 30 seconds
  2. Do 10 push-ups
  3. With your feet balanced on 1 medicine ball, plank for 30 seconds
  4. On 1 medicine ball, do 10 push-ups
  5. With 2 medicine balls, one for each hand, plank for 30 seconds
  6. With 2 medicine balls, do 10 push-ups
  7. Use all 3 medicine balls and plank for 30 seconds
  8. Finally, use all 3 medicine balls, do 10 push-ups (Congrats!)
