Old man test

This is a fun test of core strength, flexibility, and balance. [ID: old_man_test]

Instructions

Take off your socks and shoes, and then:

  1. Balance on one leg
  2. Put your sock on (without your other foot touching the ground)
  3. Then put your shoe on and tie it (again, no foot touching)
  4. Put your foot down and repeat with the other leg

To improve on this exercise...give it a try it each morning.
