Hip flexor stretch
This exercises stretches the hip flexor complex.

Instructions
First time: Hold the stretch for 10 seconds or more
Steps:

Start position: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart

Do a basic lunge (take a large step forward with one leg)
-
With a strong core, lean your whole torso back to stretch the hip flexor in your back leg
-
Return to the start position; repeat with your other leg forward
