Hip flexor stretch

This exercises stretches the hip flexor complex. [ID: hip_flexor_stretch]

Instructions

First time: Hold the stretch for 10 seconds or more

Steps:

  1. Start position: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
  2. Do a basic lunge (take a large step forward with one leg)
  3. With a strong core, lean your whole torso back to stretch the hip flexor in your back leg
  4. Return to the start position; repeat with your other leg forward
