Glute kickback

Instructions

First time: Try 10 reps for each leg

Steps:

  1. Start on all floors, with a strong core and straight back
  2. With the knee bent, exhale and press your foot up, extending your hip
  3. Slowly lower your knee back to the floor, returning to the start position
  4. Perform a set of reps on one leg before switching to the opposite leg
