Endless rope

This is a fun exercise for the upper body. [ID: endless_rope]

Instructions

First time: Do 1 set, 20 reps

The endless rope is easy to use: 1) Keep your knees slightly bent, 2) Pull the rope with alternating hands or two hands.

Details

You get slightly different workouts depending on where you stand. Stand closer to the rope and pull down. Or, stand further away and pull toward you.

Progression: More sets and reps. Find a rope friend and have an endless rope competition.
