Dumbbell triceps kickback

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps, starting at a light weight

Steps:

  1. Start position: Stand with a strong core and a dumbbell in each hand
  2. Lean forward at the hip and pull the dumbbells up by your side
  3. Keeping elbow positions fixed, extend your arms (and weights) back
  4. Return your arms to the front and repeat
