Dumbbell squat

Make sure the feet are positioned shoulder-width apart, the toes are pointed straight, and the knees are aligned with the second and third toes. Avoiding knee valgus (knees caving inward) is important to minimize unwanted stress to the knee ligaments. [ID: db_squat]
