Dumbbell shrug

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps, starting at a light weight

Steps:

  1. Start position: Stand with a strong core and good posture, holding a dumbbell in each hand, hanging at your sides
  2. Raise your shoulders straight up, shrugging them toward your ears, and hold for a beat
  3. Return to start position; rinse and repeat
