Bird dog

The bird dog is a bodyweight exercise that strengthens the core. [ID: bird_dog]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps; go slow

Steps:

  1. Start position: Get on all fours
  2. Point one arm out straight in front and extend the opposite leg behind you, forming a straight line; all done with strong abs, glutes
  3. Hold the bird dog position for a 3 count
  4. Return to start and then repeat with alternate arm/leg
