Bicycle crunch

This is a fun crunch variation that looks like you're pedaling a bicycle. [ID: bicycle_crunch]

Instructions

First time: Do 10 reps, slow and under control

Steps:

  1. Start position: lay on your back and raise your knees
  2. Crunch and meet your elbow with the opposite knee making a bicycle pedaling motion

This is a FUN (and effective) variation of the basic crunch exercise, crunch.htm

You can do bicycle crunches fast (fun, looks cool) or slow (more effective). Your choice!

You can also do bicycle crunches while sitting down.
