Bear crawl

Instructions

First time: Do 1 set, 10 bear steps

Steps:

  1. Start on all fours
  2. Move forward by simultaneously moving the right hand and the left leg in a crawling motion; knees never touch the ground
  3. Switch sides, moving the left hand and right leg forward
  4. Continue in a crawling motion, mov ing forward; keep your body low during the bear crawl, as if you are crawling beneath a low-hanging bar
Details

Remember: Stay low and breath! This is a surprisingly difficult exercise.
