Exercises

First time: Try one set, working out along with the video

Exercises are 35/10 secs on/off. This is Round 1, the first half of the video:

  • Three high knees
  • Step up, knee drive, lunge back (woah!)
  • Three high knees (again)
  • Step up, knee drive, lunge back (other side)
  • Over the top, curtsy
  • Squat, leg lift (to the side)
  • Over the top, curtsy (again)
  • Squat, leg lift (other side)
  • Bosu crunch
  • Back extensions

Second time: Try doing the whole video: Round 1 and Round 2

Round 2 exercises are: 1) Hop scotch, 2) Step up, knee drive, lunge back, 3) Hop scotch (again), 4) Step up, knee drive, lunge back (other side), 5) Squat, jump over, 6) Squat leg lift, 7) Squat over, 8) Squat leg lift (other side), 9) Wobbly plank, 10) Wobbly swimmers.

If you have a Bosu ball available, this is a nice Home or Hotel workout.
