Exercises

First time: Try one set, working out along with the video

Exercises are 30/10 secs on/off:

  1. Jump rope - for 30 seconds, then 10 seconds rest (ditto for each exercise below)
  2. X jumps
  3. Jump rope
  4. Sumo squats
  5. Jump rope
  6. Knee push-ups
  7. Jump rope
  8. Forward lunges

Second time: Try doing two sets as shown in the video
