Lower body + Abs workout, 20 mins

J & T: "We take you through lower body strength training exercises with some core intensive movements sprinkled in", [ID: workout43]

Exercises

First time: Try the first set in the video; roll with the easy variation without dumbbells

First set - there are 6 exercises over 6 minutes, 45/15 secs on/off

  • Front squat - a body squat, squat.htm
  • Split squat, split_squat.htm
  • Deadlift + calf raise - an easier move is a "Good morning", a great combo!
  • Side lunge stationary
  • Glute bridge + situp - maybe a crunch instead of a situp?
  • Knee tucks

Second time: Once you have the routine down, try doing this first set 2-3 times, and maybe add dumbbells too

J & T create some of the very best workout videos.

  • Very professionally done: sound, lighting, etc
  • You're notified about the "next exercise" with a message on the screen and a picture-in-picture demo
  • This workout is complete with multiple sets and warmup/cooldown exercises
  • Often, they simultaneously provide easy and difficult versions of exercises. For example, this workout is shown with and without dumbbells.
  • Great positivity!

My advice: Give this one a try.
