Hypertrophy exercises for BIGGER, stronger chest and back [ID: workout34]

Exercises

First time: For each exercise, do 3 sets, 12-15 reps

Go:

  1. Pullups - Use the pull-up assist machine if you like
  2. Barbell bent-over row
  3. Incline bench press
  4. Deficit push-ups

Most important for hypertrophy success: Be aggressive!

Remember: Slow, controlled pace. Breath.
