Exercises

Exercises:

  1. Plank - arms extended
  2. Plank with shoulder tap
  3. Elbow plank, raise glutes and return
  4. Elbow plank with hip dips, alternate right and left
  5. Elbow plank, lean forward and return
  6. Plank, to downward dog and return
  7. Plank jack, jumping is optional
  8. Elbow plank, lift one leg at a time, alternate
  9. Rolling plank, roll open and raise arm like a windmill, alternate arms
  10. Plank, bicycle legs bringing knee into chest, alternate legs

You can work your way up to this "challenge". Some ideas:

  • Cut the time in half. Do each plank for 15 seconds instead of 30.
  • Cut the challenge in half. Just do the six planks that you like the best.
  • Take a breather. Do two plank exercises (1 min) and take a rest (1 min) in between. Then, the next two planks...and rest. This workout becomes a 12 min challenge that's a little more manageable.
