Exercises

First time - Try 10 reps for each exercise

Exercises:

  1. Crunch, crunch.htm
  2. Plank, plank.htm
  3. Push-up, pushup.htm
  4. Squat, squat.htm
  5. Lunge, lunge.htm

Second time: Time your workout, instead of counting reps. This is a fun alternative. Start with 30 seconds of exercise, followed by 30 seconds of rest. See the Tabata Pro link below for a nice workout timer for your phone.

Details

Progression(s): Try 2 sets. You can also try variations for each exercise. Example: For planking, substitute the more difficult (and exotic) Spiderman plank.

The video title should be "simple" exercises, not "easy". (ha)
