This workout describes some more advanced kettlebell exercises. [ID: workout17]

Exercises

First time: Do 1 set, 10 reps of each exercise

Here are 4 more advanced exercises using a single kettlebell (SK):

  1. SK Chest swing
  2. SK Cheat clean- raise the kettlebell to your shoulder
  3. SK Floor press - lie on your back with knees bent and feet on the floor; raise kettlebell with one hand
  4. SK figure eight - from squat, rotate the kettlebell around one leg and the other

Progressions:

  • More reps, try 2 sets
  • Slowly, safely increase kettlebell weight...maintain control and proper form
